The course focuses on identifying many different types of challenging behaviours and teaches coping mechanisms to deal with these behaviours.

• To understand underlying triggers
• To understand the assault cycle
• To enhance students skills
• To reflect on students experiences
• To increase confidence and understand of challenging behaviour
• To develop breakaway techniques

Course-Duration
Online: The timing and duration is flexible to your requirement.
In-house: This course is run over a period of 3 hours. Minimum of 8 delegates required.

Course-Certification
A certificate of attendance is awarded on successful completion of Dealing with Challenging behaviour.
